I was speaking with a potential home buyer today and he told me how outrageous mortgage rates have become.  He was upset that he had been quoted 4.75% fixed for 30 years...  First of all, I remember the 80's when interest rates WERE REALLY HIGH. Ok, I have to admit that I've had my head in the sand regarding the new google changes regarding websites being mobile friendly.  I finally tested my website, and surprise, surprise, I'm not "mobile friendly"..And after looking at the example of my website, I had to agree - I'm not mobile friendly!  After running the test, I sent a message to my website provider and their answer was horrible, and made me realize that they weren't going to help make my website friendly.  I then went a step further and tested their site.. Christmas is the time of year for giving back to the community.  For the past 5+ years, I've been working with my brokerage to provide Christmas toys to the children of a community that would otherwise not reveive a toy at Christmas.
